DUO appoint Terry Last as non-executive chairman
Former CEO of Tarmac appointed as new chairman of DUO plc and Denbow International Ltd
DUO plc, official dealers for Powerscreen, Terex Washing Systems and Terex Minerals Processing Systems, and mobile plant hire firm Denbow International, have announced the appointment of Terry Last as non-executive chairman.
Mr Last, previously chief executive officer of Tarmac and past President of the Institute of Quarrying (IQ), has considerable experience as an appointed chairman of several other companies.
Luke Talbot, group managing director of DUO Group, commented: ‘Terry will bring a wealth of industry experience to our company and we are confident that he will make a huge contribution in guiding the management of the business and our shareholders, to become even more effective and help achieve all our growth aims.’
