Exodus Global appoint new VP of sales and marketing
Mark Baltes to lead strategic growth across Exodus-owned demolition brands in key growth markets
WISCONSIN-based equipment manufacturer Exodus Global have appointed Mark Baltes as the new vice-president of sales and marketing.
Mr Baltes brings more than 20 years of experience in the heavy equipment and machinery attachments sector, with a proven track record spanning product development, dealer network expansion and leading teams through major integrations following industry acquisitions.
In his new role, Mr Baltes will drive strategic growth across all Exodus Global brands, including ShearCore (Fortress), BladeCore, Connect Work Tools, OilQuick Americas, and RockZone Americas.
He will also lead initiatives focused on expanding market presence, strengthening dealer partnerships and enhancing overall customer experience, supporting Exodus Global’s continued growth across the scrap and demolition sectors.
