Astec to bring largest product offering to date to Conexpo
US firm to showcase wide range of equipment including two concrete batch plants and mixers
ASTEC Industries are returning to Conexpo-Con/Agg 2023 with their largest display of exhibits at the show. The company will showcase its strength in the infrastructure market and its unique position to offering customers a one-stop-shop of equipment for the asphalt, concrete, mining, quarrying, forestry, and industrial heating industries.
At the outside Diamond Lot, Astec will be showing two fully assembled concrete batch plants and mixers, including a restored 1937 Rexcon mixer to highlight how far the industry has come. Inside the Central Hall, the company will be exhibiting more than 20 machines and equipment models, as well as offering an immersive virtual reality experience and demos for its recently launched Astec Digital technology solutions.
‘We’re excited to feature a variety of new and existing products that have established Astec as a global leader in equipment used to build the infrastructure that connects the world,’ said Jaco van der Merwe, president and CEO of Astec Industries. ‘It’s also the perfect time to introduce our Astec digital product suite, a completely new technology solution for managing and optimizing our customers’ Rock to Road operations.’
A comprehensive range of products will be highlighted at the show, including: the new Heatec portable polymer blending system; 10 roadbuilding machines such as the new Roadtec RP-175 and RX-405 cold planer complete with VR experience; a variety of mobile crushers and screens; and the new Peterson horizontal grinder.
Also on display will be an array of aggregate and mining equipment, including the redesigned 9200 fines recovery plant and brand-new PTSC2818VM portable screen.
