TYRI launch series of helpful guides

TYRI guide

Off-highway lighting specialist produces series of guides to help customers make the right choice

INTERNATIONAL off-highway lighting group TYRI have announced the launch of a series of useful guides to help customers navigate through lighting jargon, compare brands and find the right lighting solution for their application.

The TYRI guides answer questions such as: Why upgrade to LEDs?; What are diffused and asymmetric lenses and what do they do?; Are all LEDs the same? There is also an A to Z of lighting terms and many of the guides are available in multiple languages.

TYRI say they plan to launch more guides throughout the year, details of which can be found via the group’s social media channels. The latest available guides can be downloaded from the company’s website at: www.tyrilights.com/resources.

Annette Brown, marketing manager of TYRI UK, said the guides had been created to help consumers make the right choice when it comes to buying an effective work light.

‘Industry jargon can be confusing so we have tried to break this down into easily digestible chucks,’ she explained. ‘This will hopefully help make it easier to understand what you need to look out for when upgrading to LEDs or choosing a new lighting solution.

‘Finding the right light is crucial to increasing productivity and reducing strain on operators’ eyes. It’s not always about the cheapest, brightest light – it’s about the right amount of light directed where it is needed.’
