JOD Haulage choose Sandvik
Due to recent growth in the business JOD Haulage have invested in new crushing and screening equipment. The new equipment has been purchased to take advantage of Embassy Demolition Contractors joining the JOD group of companies, and the provision of an enhanced full service offering.
The crushers and screens recently acquired are two QJ340s (formerly Extec C12+) and two QE140s (formerly Extec Robotrac). Both machines are designed for the demolition and recycling industry and are seen as the ideal fit for JOD Haulage’s business.
The four machines will allow JOD Haulage to produce quality aggregate products from recycled materials. Much of the material will come from the projects they work on, and will include:
- Type 1 crushed concrete
- Type 2 crushed concrete
- 6F1 concrete fines
- 6F2 crusher run
- screened top soil
- MOT Type 1
- sharp sand
- reject sand
- reject stone
- 10mm recycled pipe bedding
- 20mm recycled pipe bedding
- 10mm shingle
- 20mm shingle
- ballast
All four machines were delivered at the beginning of March replacing the existing Extec machines that have given years of excellent service.
