Flagship RM 120GO! impact crushers for KKB

RK6, KKB and RM 120GO! team

Kent-based contractor partners with Red Knight 6 for supply of new Rubble Master impact crushers

MACHINERY distributors Red Knight 6 Ltd (RK6) have signed a deal with KKB Group for the supply of a number of Rubble Master RM 120GO! impact crushers to add to the Kent-based company’s extensive range of recycling and remediation machinery fleet for its UK and European contracting operations.

‘Purchasing these machines allows us, with confidence, to provide our new and existing customers with the first-class services they have come to expect from KKB,’ said group chairman Colin Basi. ‘We are delighted with this decision and look forward to a long and close working relationship with Red Knight 6 Ltd and Rubble Master GmbH.’

Craig Hore, manager of plant services at KKB Group, added: ‘We always do our due diligence on whatever company we decide to partner with for our machinery needs. We have had a long working relationship with Paul Donnelly from RK6 and have every confidence that all our needs will be met with regards to machine performance and maintenance.’

With an output of up to 350 tonnes/h and designed to set new standards of performance, efficiency and ease of maintenance, the RM 120GO! is the new flagship of the RM range and catapults Rubble Master into a new league. Weighing just 35 tonnes, it is also said to be the most compact crusher of its type.

Among the key features of the RM 120GO! is a new release system that ensures reliable swing out of the impact plate when non-crushable materials enter the chamber. The crusher is also designed for rapid exchange of the impact plates, allowing the machine to be equipped for either recycling or natural stone applications, as required. This is supported by three different rotor speeds that can be selected via the operator control panel.

For increased safety and efficiency, the RM 120GO! is also equipped with a hammer changing device, including lifting hoist, together with a hammer holder that provides space for two replacement hammers directly on the machine, allowing the user to have spares available on site at all times.

In addition, an on-board dust-suppression system helps reduce dust emissions and increase acceptance of the mobile crusher when operating in residential areas, while an integral lighting mast gives provides sufficient illumination for operators to work safely at dawn and dusk.

Moreover, thanks to an integrated fuel-filling pump, including hose, overflow switch and automatic switch-off system, the user no longer needs the assistance of an external pump to refuel the machine.

Also, with the help of the additional RM MS mesh deck screen and recirculation conveyor, the crushed material can be screened to the desired end product size in a single pass, providing greater operational efficiency and a reduction in overall costs.
