Boral appoint new chief financial officer
Rosaline Ng to take over from Andrew Poulter who is leaving the company for personal reasons
BORAL Ltd have announced the appointment of Rosaline Ng as chief financial officer, with effect from 15 September 2013. She will replace Andrew Poulter who is leaving Boral for personal reasons.
Commenting on the change, Boral’s CEO and managing director, Mike Kane, said: ‘Andrew has made a significant contribution to the organization over the past three years and I thank him for the role he has played during a time of significant change and organizational restructuring, and I wish him well for the future.’
Rosaline Ng is returning to Australia from the US, where she has been chief financial officer of Boral’s US operations for the past four years.
Mr Kane continued: ‘Rosaline brings valuable global industry experience to the role and is a seasoned Boral executive with proven corporate finance and financial management skills. She understands the challenges and opportunities that we face, having overseen the finance function in several Boral divisions over a 16-year period.
‘Having worked closely with Rosaline for almost four years, I’m confident that she has the right skills, knowledge and focus to lead the Group’s finance function, and to form effective relationships with the investment community and partnerships with the CEO and divisional leaders.’
