MBE for Breedon managing director
James Haluch recognised in King’s Birthday Honours List 2025 for services to improving safety for highway workers
JAMES Haluch, managing director of Breedon Surfacing Solutions and member of the Breedon Group’s executive committee, has been awarded a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) in His Majesty’s 2025 Birthday Honours List, recognising his contribution to improving safety for highway workers.
The honour reflects Mr Haluch’s long-standing commitment to making roads safer, not only for the travelling public, but especially for those working every day on the UK’s highways. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with industry partners and frontline teams to embed safer working practices and promote innovation across the sector.
Commenting on the award, Mr Haluch said: ‘I am honoured and deeply humbled to receive this recognition for services to improving safety for highway workers. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside many dedicated colleagues, partners, and frontline teams who share the same commitment to making our roads safer. I’m incredibly grateful to my mentors, professional network, and colleagues at Breedon Group plc for their unwavering support and encouragement.’
