CheckProof appoint Katarina G. Bonde to board of directors, signalling strong momentum and future growth

With a track record that spans successful leadership and board roles at some of Sweden’s most recognized tech companies, including Mentimeter, Viaplay Group, Mycronic, and Stillfront Group, Ms Bonde’s decision to join the board is a strong endorsement of CheckProof’s long-term potential, the strength of their product suite, and their role in shaping the digital future of heavy industry.
Ms Bonde brings decades of international experience across tech leadership, governance, and investment. Based between Stockholm and Northern California, she has held senior roles in both the US and Sweden. Her appointment to the board of directors is effective immediately.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, CheckProof were co-founded in 2014 by chief executive officer Håkan Holmgren and Jonas Pålgård, who have extensive backgrounds in the aggregates and heavy machinery industry. They identified a critical need for the construction materials industry to move away from pen and paper to digital maintenance tools for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
