Wacker Neuson SE appoint new CFO
Wilfried Trepels to succeed Gunther C. Binder as chief financial officer of Wacker Neuson
WACKER Neuson SE have announced the appointment of Wilfried Trepels as their next chief financial officer and a member of the company’s executive board, with effect from 1 January 2017. He will be taking over the position from Gunther C. Binder who will be stepping down from the executive board.
Mr Trepels joins Wacker Neuson from his previous role as chief financial officer of Luxembourg-based SAF-HOLLAND, a leading manufacturer of chassis-related systems and components primarily for trucks, trailers and buses
He has also held the positions of managing director at Durr Systems GmbH and Schenck Process GmbH, and director of finance at Durkopp Adler AG. Mr Trepels will be responsible for finance, auditing and IT for the group.
Mr Binder has been employed by Wacker Neuson since 1999 in a variety of roles. In 2007 he took on his current role of CFO at the company, and both the supervisory board and executive board wish him all the best for his future endeavours following many years of dedicated service and support in developing the Wacker Neuson Group.
