Utranazz launch new IMER Superlite range
New range of truckmixers with remote-controlled operation to enhance both safety and efficiency
CONCRETE equipment specialists Utranazz have unveiled a new range of IMER Superlight 9m3 concrete mixers featuring remote-control operation via a wander lead – enhancing both safety and efficiency for operators. According to Utranazz, these are the only concrete mixers available in the UK equipped with this advanced control system.
At the heart of the new range is IMER’s super lightweight drum, manufactured from 3mm-thick IMER WEAR steel. The reduced weight allows for increased payload capacity and improved fuel efficiency, making them a more sustainable, eco-friendly choice for operators.
The mixers are fitted with a wander-lead remote control system to manage the discharge operation. This innovative feature allows operators to control the mixer from a safe distance, ensuring greater visibility and precision, which is particularly useful when working alongside equipment such as concrete pumps.
Officially launched at Utranazz’s Open Days on 13 and 14 June 2025, the new models and remote-control system received an enthusiastic response from attendees.
Customer feedback highlighted the safety and convenience benefits: ‘You can move around to the back of the vehicle, or even to the opposite side when using it with a concrete pump. That means you can see exactly what’s going on and stop the pour if needed – or reposition quickly.’
