EXT Series of Zipline modular overland conveyors

Company introduces new Zipline EXT Series for longer and wider material-handling applications

SUPERIOR Industries Inc. have expanded their Zipline modular overland conveyor offering with the launch of the new EXT Series, which has been designed for longer and wider material-handling applications.

Zipline conveyors are aimed at bulk producers looking for overland conveyors that can be delivered quickly and require little or no pre-engineering, allowing for rapid assembly in the field.

With the addition of the new EXT Series, Zipline conveyors are now available in lengths up to 2,500ft (762m) and belt widths up to 48in (1,220mm).

Between the head and tail are a series of 40ft (12.2m) intermediate sections designed with 8in (200mm) channel and 2ft (610mm) tall support stands.

Standard Zipline conveyor models are equipped with mechanical take-ups for shorter distances, but the new EXT Series includes a gravity take-up tower to accommodate longer distance overland conveying.

All of the conveyor components – pulleys, idlers, scrapers etc – are also manufactured in house, ensuring higher quality, faster deliveries and all-inclusive support from Superior Industries.
