QMJ Publishing acquire BDS Marketing Research
Bespoke service complements exhibition, magazine, online and recruitment divisions
AGG-NET owners QMJ Publishing Ltd have added BDS Marketing Research to their portfolio. Over the last 27 years BDS have established themselves as the benchmark for marketing and market research consultancy in the UK aggregates and waste sectors.
QMJ’s managing director, Richard Bradbury, commented: ‘The business is an excellent fit for QMJ and we look forward to providing our customers with a bespoke service that complements our exhibition, magazine, online and recruitment divisions.’
Established in 1989 by Julian Clapp, BDS undertake the full range of marketing projects, including: commercial due diligence; analysis of markets, prices and competitors; and new product development and market research.
Specific published research is also available on the aggregates, ready-mixed concrete, asphalt, concrete products, cement, waste and related sectors.
All of these projects are managed by BDS’s directors, Julian Clapp and Andy Sales, both of whom are being retained by QMJ.
