Precia-Molen acquire Nordic Bulk AS
INDUSTRIAL weighing specialists Precia-Molen have recently completed the acquisition of weighing and transportation system specialists Nordic Bulk AS, a Scandinavian market leader offering a range of dynamic bulk weighing solutions, including on-board belt weighers with an accuracy of between 0.5–2.0%, within the quarrying, recycling and demolition industries.
Precia-Molen, who specialize in both static and dynamic industrial weighing within the minerals, cement, waste and agricultural industries, say the strategic acquisition of Nordic Bulk will secure sales and service outlets in the Scandinavian market and will allow them to offer additional products to the UK and Europe.
