New senior appointment at Aggregate Industries
Company welcomes Kaziwe Kaulule as new group strategy and commercial growth director
AGGREGATE Industries have announced the appointment of Kaziwe Kaulule as group strategy and commercial growth director.
With an illustrious career spanning more than 19 years with the company, Mr Kaulule is a results-driven executive renowned for his exceptional leadership across diverse international landscapes, notably in Europe and Africa. His expertise encompasses operations, digital transformation, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and the achievement of commercial excellence.
In his most recent role, he led the South African business to unprecedented success as chief executive officer, doubling its enterprise value and achieving profitability within 18 months, turning around a trajectory of more than five years of losses.
Joining the construction sector in 2004, Mr Kaulule served as chief executive officer of Zimbabwe and held pivotal roles in group audit in France; marketing, commercial, and strategy across various Southern African countries; and digital ventures in the UK.
A holder of an MBA from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cape Town, he brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical experience to his new role.
