New crushing and screening plants from Terex MPS
Company introduces CRH1313R portable impactor/screen and CRC1150 cone plant
TEREX Mineral Processing Systems (MPS) have launched two new products – the Terex Cedarapids CRH1313R portable impactor/screen plant and the Terex Cedarapids CRC1150 cone plant.
With the versatility to handle rock crushing, concrete recycling, and asphalt recycling, the highly mobile CRH1313R is a complete stand-alone closed-circuit crushing and screening unit with a three-product capability.
The plant features a high-production Cedarapids IP1313 impactor with a three or four bar 50in (1,270mm) rotor powered by a Tier 4, 450hp (335kW) diesel engine, direct drive to crusher, and a 200hp (150kW) generator.
A rugged 4ft x 16ft high-stroke Cedarapids ‘Advantage’ feeder with 60in (1,525mm) grizzly bar or optional stepped tine style grizzly section feeds the impactor, while uptime is maximized thanks to a heavy-duty undercrusher pan feeder that protects the conveyor belt from damage by absorbing high-velocity discharge from the crusher.
Greater capacity is possible because of the 5ft x 16ft patent-pending dual-slope twin-deck screen which handles heavier loads. In addition, the capability to return both screen deck products to the crusher helps maximize production.
Terex MPS say the new CRH1313R portable impactor/screen plant is simple to operate, quick to set up, and easy to transport.
Meanwhile, the highly mobile CRC1150 portable cone plant (pictured) features the new TC1150 cone crusher, which utilizes high-efficiency roller bearings and boasts several notable advancements to enhance performance and functionality.
New key features include automated cone controls and larger closed-side settings. The crusher is powered by a 300hp motor and drive, all mounted on a rubber-isolated frame.
The cone plant includes an oversize cone feed hopper extension with overflow chute, ‘straight-line’ undercrusher conveyor, metal detector, and service platforms. Easy maintenance features include conveniently located greasing points and a ground-access cone lubrication module.
