Komatsu ‘in the thick of it’ at steinexpo
Japanese OEM to showcase latest product developments, technologies, and digital offerings
AT this year’s steinexpo exhibition (23–26 August), Komatsu say they will literally be ‘in the thick of it’ in demo area A of the trade fair, which is held in Europe's largest basalt quarry. The company will be presenting a strong line-up of machines, as well as showcasing the latest product developments and technologies for the quarry and mineral extraction sectors.
Komatsu will be displaying a broad selection of products, including the BR380JG mobile jaw crusher, HM400 articulated dumptruck, HB365 hybrid excavator, WA475 wheel loader, and the D61PXi dozer with second-generation intelligent machine control technology, as well as the PW180 wheeled excavator developed and produced in Hanover, Germany.
On demonstration at steinexpo 2023 will be the Komatsu WA600-8 wheel loader and HD605-8 dumptruck. The company will also use the exhibition as a platform to showcase its digital offerings, including Smart Quarry Site, the OEM-independent fleet management system for efficient and safe quarry operations, and Smart Construction Fleet System, which has been developed for use on mixed machine fleets in quarries and on construction sites.
