Clayton Sullivan-Webb becomes CEO and Bradley Smith steps into newly expanded role of operations director

GRUNDON have announced key changes to their board of directors, effective from 1 October, as part of the company’s continued growth and long-term strategic development.

Current managing director Clayton Sullivan-Webb will step up to take on the role of chief executive officer, while Bradley Smith – currently sales and marketing director – will expand his responsibilities as operations director.

Chairman Neil Grundon said: ‘These new appointments reflect the dynamic growth of the Grundon group and ensure we have the right leadership structure in place to drive the business forward to even greater heights. As we look ahead to our 100th anniversary in 2029, I’m confident that Clayton [Sullivan-Webb] and Bradley’s [Smith] experience and vision will help steer the company into an exciting new chapter.’

In his new role, Mr Clayton Sullivan-Webb will lead the Grundon group across all subsidiaries, with a particular focus on acquisitions, innovation, and strategic growth opportunities. He also serves as a director of O.C.O Technology, Grundon’s sister company and a world leader in carbon capture solutions with operations across Asia, North America, Australia, and Europe.

These leadership changes mark another milestone in the company’s evolution, reinforcing the company’s commitment to operational excellence and environmental innovation as it approaches a century of service.
