First-ever Volvo for Cappagh
A new 26-tonne L180F wheel loader fitted with a 4.6 cu m straight-lipped rehandling bucket has become the first Volvo to join south-west London-based Cappagh’s fleet of loaders and excavators. The L180F was ordered specifically for one of Cappagh’s customers who is using the machine to mix and blend materials at a concrete plant, as well as handling used concrete and other related materials for recycling.
Operator comfort was a deciding factor in the purchasing decision for this specific contract. The cab on the F-series wheel loader features high levels of visibility and Volvo’s patented two-stage air-cleaning system that re-circulates up to 90% of the cab’s air, providing a comfortable climate for the operator. The machine has also benefited from the addition of a Volvo Twin automatic greasing system and an Ogden reversing aid.
