Authorized UK dealer for hydraulic attachment tools expands coverage to East Anglia

ERNEST Doe have now been appointed as authorized dealers for the Epiroc range of hydraulic attachment tools in the additional counties of Suffolk and Norfolk.

‘Having taken on the Epiroc dealership in Essex last year, we have been so impressed by the Doe team’s investment in sales, service and local stockholding of attachments and parts that we are extending their coverage to Suffolk and Norfolk,’ said Keith Lambourne, business line manager for Epiroc.

‘With a reputation for combining customer focus with product knowledge and expertise, Ernest Doe & Sons have successfully grown Epiroc’s share of the market for hydraulic breakers and other excavator attachments in Essex and we are confident that they will now replicate this across East Anglia.’

Epiroc’s hydraulic attachment tools division has been a technology leader for more than 50 years. The hydraulic breaker was originally developed in 1963 by the German company Krupp Berco Bautechnik, which became part of Atlas Copco in 2002.

Epiroc became a company in its own right in April 2018 and the product range today, which includes 100 different hydraulic attachment tools, is designed to ensure that customers can find the right tool for their specific application and excavator.

Epiroc manufacture excavator attachment tools such as hydraulic breakers, cutters, pulverizers, bucket crushers, shears, grapples, drum cutters and magnets. Among others, the hydraulic attachment division manufactures the HB10000 – said to be the largest hydraulic breaker in the world.

Graham Parker, sales director of Ernest Doe, said: ‘Epiroc’s comprehensive and robust product range, combined with our commitment to holding a full range of spare parts, makes this the perfect partnership. We are delighted to now be representing Epiroc’s market-leading range across East Anglia, offering fast and reliable back-up service to new and existing customers.’
