EIW introduce the Eagle Trek line
Eagle Iron Works standardize portable washing solutions with introduction of new Eagle Trek line
EAGLE Iron Works (EIW) have introduced a new range of portable washing and classifying units that incorporate the company’s well-known Eagle equipment solutions in a standard array of sizes. The Eagle Trek line is designed for sites that are looking to produce aggregates to specification using a highly compact, quick to set up and easily moved unit. Two standard units are currently on offer in a range of sizes to suit individual needs.
The first is the Eagle Trek TSP, which consists of an EIW classifying tank on top of a double-screw washer. EIW’s water scalping-classifying tanks and re-blending controls have been proven over the years in many plants throughout the world. When combined with an Eagle double-screw fine material washer, two construction-grade sand products can be made simultaneously.
The second unit, known as the Eagle Trek SSP (pictured), incorporates an Eagle triple-shaft horizontal triple-deck vibrating screen which is able to size washed products for direct stockpiling. Integrated with an EIW Condor (standard) or Classic (optional) double-screw fine material washer, the Eagle Trek SSP can size and wash three aggregate products and one sand product.
