APS appointed as ProFlow DS dealers
Aggregate Processing Solutions appointed as new dealer of state-of-the-art materials recovery system
AGGREGATE Processing Solutions (APS) have been awarded dealership of Proflow DS – a new state-of-the-art material recovery unit developed in response to the increasing demand for mobile material separation.
The Proflow DS system combines the latest flip-flow technology with tried-and-tested air-density separation in one semi-mobile modular unit. Featuring a direct drive system, the material recovery unit drives each deck individually, maximizing agitation to more difficult to process materials, which can potentially disrupt the air-density separation.
This pre-screening process, say APS, means that a clean, mid-grade material is evenly fed to the air density separator, providing an effective, high-tonnage solution that consistently processes material to the desired density, size or shape. Processed material can range from light materials to heavier products such as stone and wood.
These aforementioned qualities help make the Proflow DS the ideal solution for trommel fines, mixed debris and compost, as well as solid recovered fuel (SRF) and refuse-derived fuel (RDF).
