Aggregate Industries appoint new people director

Hannah Lisby takes lead on people management and development across the business

AGGREGATE Industries, part of the Holcim group, have appointed a new director to lead their people functions across the business. Hannah Lisby is the company’s new director of people and a member of its executive committee.

The role oversees the company’s people management and development, including human resources (HR), talent management, pay, pensions and reward, learning and development, and internal communications.

Ms Lisby has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry working across recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR management roles.

She previously worked agency side, before roles with KFC UK, followed by eight years in talent acquisition within the beer industry for SABMiller, and then moving into construction with the BMI Group, where she progressed from talent acquisition to HR director.

Lee Sleight, chief executive officer, said: ‘We’re extremely pleased to welcome Hannah to the business. She has a wealth of experience with a strong record in leading and delivering on people development across a range of sectors.

‘What is immediately clear is that we have some really talented and passionate people, which is a great foundation to work from. My first role is to deliver on our people strategy, concentrating on the initiatives that will make the biggest impact.
