ZenRobotics renew distributor agreement with AA Protun AG
AI waste-handling equipment distribution coverage now extended to cover Liechtenstein
ZENROBOTICS, a leading global provider of AI-powered robotic waste-sorting solutions, have announced an extension of their existing distributor agreement with AA Protun AG to supply their products and support services in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
AA Protun, who have been involved in recycling construction waste for more than 30 years, have successfully handled the sales and aftermarket support of ZenRobotics’ waste-sorting systems since 2011.
The renewed distributor agreement, which originally covered Switzerland, now extends into Liechtenstein. The distribution partnership underscores ZenRobotics’ commitment to expanding their market presence and delivering innovative waste-sorting solutions in these key regional markets.
André Bucher, CEO and owner of AA Protun, commented: ‘When I saw the first press release in 2010 about the ZenRobotics sorting robots, I was immediately in contact as I was convinced that this was the future in our industry. Since then, we proudly represent ZenRobotics in our region and are still as excited today to see the latest developments that have been made.
‘The technological advancement and the impact on productivity and quality when using these robots is remarkable. The application know-how we acquired in the 13 years since we have represented the product makes all the difference when speaking with the potential customers.’
Commenting on the renewed partnership, Juha Mieskonen, sales director of ZenRobotics, said: ‘We are glad to have our experienced dealer by our side once again. Within Protun’s territory, we already have several reference sites – Eberhard, Sogetri, and Spross – which Protun helped ZenRobotics obtain.
‘We now look forward to rekindling our committed passion for robotic sorting solutions together in the Switzerland and Liechtenstein markets. Potential customers have several reference sites on their doorstep through our previous installations, some of which already feature our 4.0 upgrade.’
