Jake Nicholls named group chief executive officer while predecessor Guy Nicholls move into role of group chairman
DEMOLITION contractors Tru7 Group have announced a major leadership transition, with Jake Nicholls appointed group CEO and Guy Nicholls moving into the role of group chairman – a shift that strengthens the company’s long-term strategy and continued family-led growth.
Previously managing director, Jake Nicholls steps into the CEO role after several years driving the expansion of Tru7’s contracting divisions and championing the company’s apprenticeship programme.
His appointment reflects the values embedded across three generations of the Nicholls family – a commitment to quality, a respect for heritage, and a forward-looking approach that supports Tru7’s ongoing growth in construction, demolition, aggregates, and plant hire.
Under Guy Nicholls’ leadership, Tru7 have expanded into a multi-million-pound operation employing more than 300 people and supporting customers nationwide. His strategic drive has been key to building the group’s diverse portfolio, spanning recycled aggregates, concrete, vehicle hire, and a broad range of construction and support services.
