Terex unveil new TWS product line
Company to strengthen market position with the launch of its Terex Washing Systems (TSW) business line
TEREX Materials Processing will strengthen their status as one of the global leaders in mineral washing equipment with the launch of the TWS product line, which will be made available from 1 April 2012.
Kieran Hegarty, president of Terex Materials Processing, said: ‘Our customers are looking for a more cohesive solution to their washing needs so we’ve created TWS to focus solely on providing solutions to the minerals washing industry. This business line will be the single provider of washing equipment with Terex and will replace products previously offered by our Powerscreen and Terex Mobile Processing Equipment (Terex Finlay) lines.’
Changing market dynamics call for stricter specification compliance, an increasing demand to recover useable product and the need to minimize waste. The company’s TWS offers a broad product portfolio, including: sand wash and fines recovery plants; log washers; hoppers; feeders; conveyors; dewatering screens; static screens; and mobile, static and modular rinsers.
With the addition of combination plants and water-management systems, the new range will provide the potential to work in many applications. A key benefit of the TWS portfolio is ease of transport and quick on-site installation.
