SigmaRoc complete acquisition of CRH’s Polish lime operations
Final phase of CRH’s European lime divestment concluded with SigmaRoc’s acquisition of Ovetill Investments
SIGMAROC, the Northern European lime and minerals group, have today completed their acquisition of the Polish lime operations of CRH plc.
CRH announced on 22 November 2023 that they had reached an agreement to divest their lime operations in Europe for a total consideration of c.US$1.1 billion.
The Polish operations conclude the third and final acquisition, as described in the announcement.SigmaRoc’s acquisition of Ovetill Investments includes CRH’s lime and limestone flour production, plus associated distribution network and assets in Poland.
