Company receives award for outstanding growth in overseas sales over last three years

CMS Cepcor, manufacturers and suppliers of crusher spare parts and service to the mining, aggregates and associated crushing industries globally, have received a Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2019, for outstanding growth in overseas sales over the last three years – the second such award the company has won in recent years.

Founded some 30 years ago and originally trading as Crusher Manganese Steels Ltd, the company now employs nearly 100 people and has enjoyed double-digit growth for each of the last three years.

 

Over the last six years, CMS Cepcor have invested millions of pounds in their sites in Coalville, Leicestershire, including construction of a new global headquarters and the opening of a 3,000 square metre technical centre. Equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines, this ISO 9001:2015-certified facility has increased in-house quality control and helped maximize service performance.

In addition, a new 6,000 square metre global parts centre adjacent to the technical centre is due to open during the second quarter of 2019.

Exporting to more than 120 countries, CMS Cepcor were previously awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2012, for outstanding export sales.
