‘Safety first’ quick hitches from Hill

Raising the bar in safety, Hill Engineering have launched their fully automatic ‘safety first’ Auto-Loc quick hitch, which allows the operator to visually confirm from the excavator cab that the bucket or attachment is securely locked in position.

As the hitch is fully automatic in its operation, there is no need for the operator to leave the cab to remove/insert safety pins, when changing from one attachment to another. This, say Hill, eliminates the risk of the safety pins being inserted incorrectly or not being inserted at all.

The hitch fully complies with both existing safety standards and imminent new European legislation.

As well as the Auto-Loc, Hill manufacture a range of excavator buckets fabricated from heavy-duty steel featuring a box beam for increased strength.
