Rockster Recycler unveil new ‘rock star’

Rockster Recycler, Austrian manufacturers of mobile crushing plants, have launched their track-mounted R1100 impact crusher.  The 350 tonnes/h plant features a single-deck screenbox and return belt, allowing the operator to produce high-quality materials in one workflow.

A special feature of the Rockster Recyler crusher is its patented Duxplex system, which facilities the exchange of crushing units (eg from impact crusher to jaw crusher) on the same machine, offering customers versatility in operating the plant. 

Stephen Guerchon, CEO of Rockster Recycler – North America operations, commented: ‘The Duplex system allows our customers to cover a wide range of applications and to optimize machine utilization. Through the hydrostatical driving unit, which caters for clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation of the crusher, both impact and jaw crusher elements can be installed on the same chassis and changed in around three hours.

‘This means the crusher can be adapted quickly and efficiently to different requirements to cover a wider range of possibilities, reducing resources in plant engineering.’
