Portable digital pressure gauge
The HPM110 digital pressure gauge from Webtec Products (pictured above) is designed for the continuous monitoring of hydraulic fluids in mobile equipment, industrial hydraulics and process control systems.
The company says the hand-held unit offers an economical solution to monitoring pressure and peak pressure, via a simple visual display. It simultaneously displays actual pressure, peak pressure, battery level and the engineering units selected.
Using the buttons on the front panel, the user can clear the peak value, display minimum, maximum and actual pressure, reset the zero point and change the engineering units.
Some of the major features of the HPM110 unit include: accuracy to ± full scale; rugged design; digital display with bar graph; stainless steel wetted parts; 10ms scan rate peak pressure; and backlight.
The digital pressure gauge can be installed using a standard test point or left permanently connected to a system. It is currently available in four models – 0-100 bar or 0-600 bar (both for M16 x 2 porting), and 0-1,500 psi or 0-8,700 psi (both for 7/16in UNF porting).
