PHIL customized products for Volvo ADTs
Volvo CE sign international supply agreement with US-based Philippi-Hagenbuch Inc.
VOLVO Construction Equipment have entered into an international supply agreement with Peoria-based Philippi-Hagenbuch Inc. (PHIL), to offer their customized products and technology including proprietary ejector bodies, water tanks, J-hook systems, and sticky-material carryback solutions, in addition to other articulated dumptruck customizations.
The agreement spans the entire Volvo articulated dumptruck (ADT) product line, including the A25F, A30F, A35F and A40F standard and full-suspension versions, and will provide Volvo CE dealers with the opportunity to offer customers a wide variety of superstructures for Volvo ADTs in a variety of industries.
PHIL’s patented ejector-body and trailer technology is known for its simplicity and durability, with the company’s standard-capacity ejector bodies providing a similar volumetric capacity to the Volvo end-dump body. Custom high-volume designs are available for applications involving the transportation of lighter-density materials, such as landfill and refuse operations.
