Latest JRB roll-out bucket designed to increase dump height of wheel loaders
PALADIN Attachments have introduced their new JRB roll-out bucket for wheel loaders. The specially designed bucket is said to improve the dumping height ability of any loader, making it easier to clear 13ft 6in haul trailers while significantly increasing the productivity of single-side filling operations.
The JRB roll-out bucket is suitable for feed truck loading, recycling centres, landfill/transfer stations or any site where increased dump height and accurate load placement are required.
The bucket utilizes twin, dual-cushioned cylinders to tip the bucket on its edge, significantly increasing the working dump height of the bucket. These special cylinders also provide smooth operation and reduce the impact of the bucket on both the machine and the coupler.
The JRB roll-out bucket is available in either quick-coupler or pin-on attachment styles (with jumper hoses included). The bucket sizes range from 5–7 cubic yard capacities in half-yard increments.
For added stabilization, the carriage arms are positioned on the outer shell of the bucket. This unique design prevents twisting while also providing a large, open floor space that will allow for maximum material collection and complete dumping. In addition, a smooth, single-radius shell design delivers maximum material roll and optimal fill rates.
The JRB roll-out bucket has also been designed with sloped cylinder housings which virtually eliminate the compaction of material in the pockets, again providing optimum material collection and complete dumping. Operators will benefit from enhanced load visibility, thanks to the integrated mesh viewing panels.
