New sales and marketing appointment at Quinn
Lee Gillman promoted to sales and marketing director for the company’s UK based operations
CONSTRUCTION products manufacturers Quinn Building Products have appointed Lee Gillman as their new sales and marketing director for the UK.
After three years with the company’s commercial team, Mr Gillman has been promoted to lead the management and development of core products within the Quinn portfolio across the whole of the UK.
Quinn are one of the leading manufacturers of PIR insulation and aerated concrete blocks, as well as many other construction products such as cement and roof tiles, supplying to major construction projects and house builders through its network of distributors.
Commenting on his new position, Mr Gillman said: ‘Having worked in the industry for many years, I understand the demands and challenges construction product manufacturers face, competition can be fierce. However, we produce quality products, matched with unrivalled in-house technical expertise. This makes us stand out from the crowd.
‘My mission it to increase our sales channels and distribution network, and place the Quinn brand in front of those who are not as familiar with us. The future is about strong business outcomes, not outputs, and leveraging platforms for growth by opening up new market opportunities.’
Quinn say Mr Gillman’s experience working with merchants and contractors will help the company to continue to grow its client base on a national level.
