New role for Sandvik Construction’s Eugene Lyons
UK and Ireland sales manager for mobile crushers and screens takes responsibility for global sales
SANDVIK Construction have announced the appointment of Eugene Lyons (pictured) to the role of vice-president sales and marketing for Mobile Crushers and Screens – a position that will allow him to utilize his extensive industry expertise and experience on a global basis.
Although based at the company’s Swadlincote centre of operations, in Derbyshire, the role of vice-president will see Mr Lyons assume full responsibility for the sales and marketing of all Sandvik mobile crushing and screening equipment on a worldwide basis.
Prior to assuming his new duties, Mr Lyons was Construction vice-president for the UK and Ireland, and sales manager for Mobile Crushers and Screens for the UK and Ireland. Taking over from him in these positions are two other highly experienced Sandvik professionals.
Hugh Glandfield, in addition to his current role, has taken on the position of Construction vice-president for the UK and Ireland, while Fergal O’Neill, previously sales manager Mobile Crushers and Screens, Scotland, has assumed the position of sales manager Mobile Crushers and Screens, UK and Ireland.
All three role changes became effective as of 2 April 2012.
