New robot palletizer
Chronos Richardson have partnered with Kawasaki Robot to produce the Chrono-Pal RP robot palletizing system, designed for the palletizing of bags, pouches, cartons, boxes or drums, even when mixed in one palletizing process.
The Chrono-Pal requires minimum installation space with an inbuilt flexibility to be easily adapted to palletize different types of product. A range of product gripper designs has been designed to lift each item on to a pallet and carefully position it for optimum layer formation. An inbuilt control routine allows the palletizer to automatically adapt to different package sizes.
A wide range of accessories is available including: pallet in-feed and out-loading systems; wrapping and load-protection systems; light-curtain safety systems; and safety guarding.
