New project manager for Finedoor
CHRIS Ashley has recently joined specialist quarry and recycling plant company Finedoor as project manager.
Based at the company’s headquarters in Leeds, he brings with him a wealth of experience having previously worked for Hanson Aggregates for approximately 12 years, progressing from weighbridge clerk to unit manager in charge four sites.
Working as a project manager in the Finedoor engineering team, Mr Ashley will be responsible for all UK installation and commissioning projects, ranging from new screens and aggregate processing equipment to recycling, washing and effluent-treatment plants.
One of his first major tasks for Finedoor involved managing the UK’s first major Sotres effluent-treatment plant installation, which involved the setting up of working parameters including site systems, control systems and the mechanics of the plant.
