New McCloskey B200 screener

McCloskey B200 screener

RG Recycling introduce new high G-force screener for sticky and difficult-to-screen materials

RG Recycling Ltd, in association with McCloskey Equipment and Binder & Co, have launched the McCloskey B200 screener, which is designed to recover sticky, moist, difficult-to-screen materials, even in poor weather conditions.

With its innovative Bivitec screen that uses a high-intensity, high G-force, dual-vibration system, the B200 is said to be much more efficient than traditional screeners, which can encounter a wide range of operating problems, such as blinding, pegging, spillages and blockages, particularly in difficult applications.

The B200 is equipped with low-maintenance, screw-less, easy-to-change screen mats that help reduce overspill and enhance production with true cut points. In addition, it has a wide feeding load and the largest hopper and screen-box in its class, to maximize output capacity.

Moreover, user-friendly McCloskey controls mean that, for such a heavy-duty and robustly built machine, it is very easy to manoeuvre, while its 10min set-up time helps to minimize downtime and maximize production.

RG Recycling, who specialize in recycling equipment and bespoke waste-processing solutions, say the B200 has been proven to increase output and improve productivity for aggregate and waste-processing companies.
