EUROVIA, a subsidiary of the Vinci Group and a world leader in the construction, maintenance and upgrade of road and rail infrastructure, have announced a new management structure, with effect from 1 March 2014.
Pierre Anjolras (pictured) has been appointed as chairman and chief executive officer of the company. He was previously deputy executive officer of Eurovia in charge of international and public-private partnerships, from May 2010.
Mr Anjolras is replaced in this role by Xavier Neuschwander, who previously headed Vinci Construction Terrassement and, since 2010, had been leading the design-build group for the LGV Sud-Europe Atlantique (COSEA) high-speed railway project.
In addition, Jean-Damien Pô has been appointed as director of human resources and general secretary of Eurovia, following his previous role as the head of human resources development at Vinci.
The remainder of Eurovia’s executive committee comprises: Guy Vacher, deputy chief executive officer, overseeing France, Belgium and specialized subsidiaries; Patrick Jutier, chief financial officer; and Claude Lascols, director.
Eurovia are present in 16 countries and employ 41,000 people. In 2013, they achieved sales of €8.6 billion.
