New IE3 motors from Bonfiglioli
New high-efficiency BX/MX motors fulfil IE3-class requirements in 7.5–22kW range
BONFIGLIOLI have launched two new motor series in the 7.5–22kW range. The BX/MX motors are said to fulfil several requirements and environmental norms, including IE3 efficiency class.
In addition, to meeting IE3 standards, the BM/MX motors are also compliant with Ecodesign Requirements for Electric Motors, as set out by the European Parliament. According to Bonfiglioli, the BX/MX motors offer a highly efficient and cost-effective solution with a reduced environment impact.
Featuring ingress protection up to IP65 as well as thermal protection, the motors include incremental and absolute encoder availability and an anti-condensate drain, making then suitable for a diverse range of applications that require low energy consumption, particularly in continuous-duty operations.
With the release of the new BX/MX series, Bonfiglioli now offer a complete range of asynchronous motors, including: (Series/Efficiency Class/IEC-Compact): BN/IE1/IEC; BE/IE2/IEC; BX/IE3/IEC; M/IE1/Compact; ME/IE2/Compact; and MX/IE3/Compact.
