New diesel engines from DEUTZ

DEUTZ have introduced their new 2010 diesel engine series, which has power outputs up to 75kW.

The series comprises two engine models: the TD 2010 L04, a 4-cylinder turbo charged, water-cooled engine; and the more powerful TCD 2010 L04, which features air-to-air charge cooling. Both diesel engines are available in two different configurations – an industrial version suitable for powering construction equipment, and an agricultural version for operating machinery, such as tractors, which require higher torque outputs.

The TD 2010 offers a maximum power output of 64kW, while the TCD 2010 delivers 74.9kW. Both 2010 engines have direct fuel injection with mechanical governor fitted as standard. Available as an option is an electronic governor, which configures the engines for use in power train management systems.

The new diesel engine series from DEUTZ fully comply with EU Stage 111A legislation, as well as fulfilling the limits specified for the next EPA Tier 4 and EU Stage 111B levels.
