New dealership agreements for Young Plant Sales

Bergmann 4010 tracked dumper

Bergmann wheeled and tracked dumpers and Dieci telehandlers now available across Scotland

YOUNG Plant Sales Ltd, part of the Molson Group, have been appointed as dealers for the Bergmann 3000 and 4000 series of dumpers, and Dieci telehandlers, expanding the range of products available for customers throughout Scotland.

The newly remodelled Bergmann ADT150 wheeled dumpers will lead the new line-up. These machines come with either a swivel, rear or three-side tip action and have optional 180° rotating seats with reversing cameras, so the operator can always face in the direction of travel. This key safety feature makes these machines well suited to industries such as tunneling, mining and quarrying.

With a payload volume of 8.5 cubic metres and the ability to work comfortably at high speed, customers will also benefit from a large, comfortable cab as well as easily accessible service points, including a very sophisticated electronics board.

As well as the wheeled dumper, the 10-tonne Bergmann 4010 tracked machine (pictured) with swivel or straight skip will also be available. Again, a rotating seat option and cameras provide optimal visibility and safety. Despite its high carrying capacity, stability and traction, the 4010’s very low ground pressure makes it suitable for a wide range of ground conditions.

Bernd Kirschner, export sales manager with Bergmann Maschinenbau GmbH, said: ‘Besides out dumpers’ quality, performance and health and safety benchmarks, we need to provide our customers with a tight sales and service infrastructure, including an effective supply of consumables and spare parts. We look forward to increasing sales in Scotland, one of Europe’s key markets, with our new dealers Young Plant Sales.

Meanwhile, the latest addition to Young Plant Sales Ltd’s product portfolio is the Dieci range of telehandlers. Manufactured in Italy and imported into the UK and Ireland by Dieci Ltd, the line-up comprises 143 different models across the compact Apollo, mid-range Dedalus and Zeus, 14/17-metre Icarus, heavy-lift Hercules and rotational Pegasus ranges.

Dieci say their telehandlers help to minimize machine downtime, increase productivity and maximize customer revenue through the use of well-proven components (Danfoss, Iveco, Hurth/Spicer, Rexroth etc) and 85% commonality of spare parts across the range.
