New appointment at Powerscreen
Hugh Brennan appointed as technical support manager to enhance OEM support to global dealers
POWERSCREEN have announced the appointment of Hugh Brennan as their new technical support manager.
Having previously worked in a wide variety of roles in the UK and North America for Powerscreen over an 11-year period, Mr Brennan rejoins the company in this new position having spent six years working in a customer support role with the Blue Machinery Group, UK.
He brings with him considerable experience of end-user support requirements and will be responsible for the development of Powerscreen’s technical helpdesk, service training, service engineers and warranty systems, to enhance the level of OEM support to the company’s global dealer network.
Commenting on his appointment, Damian Power, global product line director, said: ‘This is an important new appointment for Powerscreen. Hugh’s experience and respect in the industry will be an asset to the Powerscreen strategy of continuing to develop a global dealer network with class-leading customer support.’
