Chartered surveyor William Gagie joins Fisher German’s expanding rural department
FISHER German have announced the appointment of leading mineral specialist William Gagie to their expanding rural department. He joins the company’s Ashby office after 20 years with CEMEX.
A chartered surveyor, Mr Gagie (pictured) has been recruited to expand Fisher German’s capacity to support existing clients but also grow the firm’s portfolio of customers in the minerals sector.
His experience includes estate management and general professional acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, with a recent emphasis on sale and leaseback transactions.
Commenting on his new appointment, Mr Gagie said: ‘I think the experience I have gained in the minerals sector will help Fisher German strengthen and develop in this area. They also have a national reputation for their expertise in estate management and that is the perfect foundation for expanding in the minerals sector.’
