Internal promotions see Daniel Wyatt and Chris Reed take on new wider roles within the business

TEREX MPS Americas have announced two key organizational changes, effective 1 January 2025, as they continue to shape the future of the business and seize new growth opportunities.

Reflecting Terex MPS Americas’ commitment to promoting talent from within, Daniel Wyatt, operations director for Oklahoma City, has been appointed to the role of operations general manager for Terex MPS Americas, reporting to Pat Brian, vice-president of Terex Aggregates.

After beginning his career in cost analysis, Mr Wyatt joined Terex in 2023 having had significant experience in operations and the manufacturing of thermal control systems. According to Mr Brian, he made a huge difference to the business in Oklahoma City and created a legacy of production excellence that Terex will seek to emulate at their Campsie facility.

In his new role, Mr Wyatt will oversee the site closure of Oklahoma City while also assuming operational responsibilities for Durand, Michigan.

Meanwhile, product manager Chris Reed has been appointed to the role of commercial general manager for the Terex MPS Americas brands Cedarapids, Simplicity, and Canica.

Mr Reed worked for John Deere for a period before joining Terex in 2006 as a design engineer, receiving several promotions prior to becoming product manager for several Terex MPS brands. Also reporting to Pat Brian, he will add sales, aftermarket, and engineering to his existing product management responsibilities.

Commenting on the changes, Pat Brian said: ‘The strong team culture at Terex MPS Americas has paved the way for us to confidently promote Daniel and Chris for continued success and I look forward to collaborating with them and as we move into our next phase of opportunity and growth.’
