JCB launch new insurance website
Website designed to help companies buy their insurance quickly and securely online
A NEW website – www.jcbinsurance.com – has been launched by JCB Insurance Services to help companies buy their insurance quickly and securely online. The site offers a wide range of insurance products, including ‘all risks’ plant insurance and hired-in insurance, both with optional road risks cover and extensions.
The website also offers public liability and employers’ liability insurance specifically designed for plant hirers and contractors, as well as the financial option to spread payments using a secure direct debit payment system.
Michael Gregory, director and general manager of JCB Insurance Services, said: ‘Our new website was developed with our customers firmly in mind. It aims to take care of the insurance needs of a large number of companies quickly, easily and securely. We have also ensured that there is full support from our head office team for customers who still prefer to speak to someone about their quote before buying insurance online.’
The new site also offers customers the flexibility to retrieve and update quotes before they purchase through a secure customer login where all their quotes and policy documents can be safely stored until they are needed.
In addition to plant and equipment insurance, JCB have partnered with van insurance brokers Autonet, so they can provide van and pick-up vehicle insurance for customers.
