Ibstock announce executive director appointment

Kate Tinsley, managing director of Ibstock Clay, has been appointed to the main board

IBSTOCK plc have announced that Kate Tinsley is to be appointed to the board as an executive director with effect from 1 January 2020.

Ms Tinsley, who joined the company in May 2019, is currently managing director of Ibstock Clay where she is responsible for the performance and strategic direction of both the Ibstock Brick and Ibstock Kevington brands.

With 19 manufacturing sites, Ibstock Brick have the largest brick production capacity in the UK and have recently commissioned a new soft-mud brick manufacturing plant in Leicestershire that has added approximately 100 million bricks (c.13%) to their brick production capacity per annum.

Ibstock Kevington provide masonry and prefabricated component building solutions, operating from five sites across the UK.
