Hillhead 2012: AR Demolition machine to dismantle AI rail-loading facility

AR Demolition’s Volvo EC700 high-reach demolition rig, on display on stand H18, will undertake its first duties for Aggregate Industries at Croft Quarry in Leicestershire immediately after the show.

The 100-tonne 30m high machine, complete with shear and grab attachments, has been employed to dismantle the rail-loading facility comprising storage bins, feed hoppers and conveyors.

The contract will be completed over a five-week period.
