H&H acquisition

Greenbank Materials Handling Ltd, a subsidiary of Derbyshire-based Greenbank Group UK Ltd, have acquired the trade and assets of the Industrial Weighing Division of H&H Services Ltd, based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. The business will now operate as H&H Services, a division of Greenbank Materials Handling Ltd.
