Haver & Boecker introduce Tyler F-Class vibrating screen
Portable screening unit offers high performance, increased mobility and reduced maintenance
DESIGNED for minimal structural vibration, the Tyler F-Class vibrating screen is suitable for use in demanding screening applications (eg scalping and classifying ores, minerals, stones, sand and gravel etc.).
When paired with the latest Haver & Boecker technology, such as Tyler engineered media and the company’s patented Ty-Rail quick-tensioning system, operations can experience as much as 50% less downtime.
‘Advancements in technology have encouraged us to stay ahead of trends to better serve our customers,’ said Karen Thompson, Haver & Boecker Canada president. ‘Our F-Class is a perfect example of those efforts. By pairing the revolutionary F-Class with signature products, operations will see reduced downtime, resulting in increased productivity and profits.’
The company’s updated F-Class vibrating screen has three decks and features an advanced double-shaft design supported by four high-performance, double-spherical roller bearings.
The machine has been developed with increased mobility in mind. An optional chassis, for example, offers portability and simple setup in less than 30min. The F-Class unit also includes a hydraulic system that positions the vibrating screen at an optimal 20-degree angle and lifts the machine while adding cribbing for support.
The F-Class vibrating screen has been specially designed to maximize efficiency, making it ideal for screening applications that require consistent, load independent performance at constant g-force in all operational modes.
A range of long-wearing Tyrethane media options, including Ty-Wire, Ty-Max and Ty-Deck, is available on the F-Class unit. The polyurethane media comes in both modular and hooked forms, eliminating the need for costly deck conversions.
‘To help our customers streamline their operations, we provide a broad array of technologically advanced solutions,’ said Ms Thompson. ‘Whether it’s increased mobility on jobsites or reduced maintenance time, we design each piece of our processing equipment with our customers in mind.’
Haver & Boecker’s three-year uptime service package is available for free with the purchase of the new F-Class vibrating screen. Customers will benefit from the company’s full-service approach to equipment optimization, including regular parts inspections, equipment assessments and screen media evaluations.
Haver & Boecker can also offer the Pulse vibration analysis programme to monitor the ongoing health of the F-Class and other vibrating screens through real-time views, logged reports and data analysis.
